If you were to ask my what area is my specialization, I'd say Old Town Scottsdale. It's where I live, it's also where I own and operate a condo as a short term rental. I know Old Town Scottsdale really really well.
I do work throughout the Valley, and my primary focus is all of Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Central to Downtown Phoenix.
If for some reason you are in an area that is just too far geographically for me during a busy time, I have a team member capable of the travel and you'll still have me overseeing contracts and negotiations.
I've worked from the corners of Apache Junction, the City of Maricopa to the Northwest corners of Peoria and the Northeast Corners of Rio Verde. The benefit of this is that I often get to help a seller sell from one city and then buy in another. If I'm not already really familiar with your neighborhood, I work hard to get familiar with it.
I'm full-time and therefore really dialed into the current market. I have a very client centric mindset in business, am a former HR professional in the restaurant industry and can handle pretty much anything. Vincent van Gogh was once quoted saying “Whosoever loves much performs much, and can accomplish much, and what is done in love is well done!” I wholeheartedly believe this, and feel quite blessed to be working in an industry that I love and believe in so much. I bought my first house when I was 21 or 22, and at the time had a hard time finding an agent who would take me seriously. I named my first dog George after my Maryland real estate agent who helped me start my journey of home ownership with two homes in the state of Maryland before I moved out to PA and then on to AZ.
Seller's: Christina excels in the marketing of homes, this past year every home she has sold she has been able to negotiate a closed sales price higher than it even appraised for. Christina has a strategy with every listing that includes a pre-listing walkthrough with tips for getting your home showing ready, a professional photographer, and a videographer. You'll get a landing page dedicated to your home and more. Your listing agent is also your salesperson. As a salesperson, your agent will be handling potential objections, influencing offer prices, and generating multiple competitive offers.
