If I were a buyer or seller looking for a local agent, here’s what I’d want to know.
Yes, I’m full-time—and have been licensed and actively working in real estate since 2017. Real estate isn’t something I do on the side; it’s my profession and my focus. I primarily work in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Phoenix, and I’m deeply familiar with those markets. That said, my team and I cover all of Maricopa County, so no matter where your plans take you, you’re supported. I’m also highly networked. I maintain strong relationships with other agents, which often means hearing about opportunities before they officially hit the market. That same standard applies to the professionals I recommend. From lenders to inspectors, I’ve built a vetted network of trusted experts—and I’ve removed people from that list over the years for issues others might consider minor. I don’t. My clients deserve the highest level of care, consistency, and integrity. When it comes to negotiations, my background matters. I hold both a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA, and before real estate, I built my career in corporate leadership. That experience sharpened my ability to negotiate strategically, stay calm under pressure, and advocate effectively—skills that directly protect your bottom line. And results do matter. I ranked in the top 2% of active real estate agents in Arizona for the full year in 2025, out of more than 44,000 active licensees. I view that not as a personal accolade, but as a reflection of the trust my clients place in me and the responsibility I carry in every transaction. I believe real estate should feel clear, intentional, and well-guided—and that’s exactly how I approach every client relationship. |
