Considering a move to South Scottsdale?South Scottsdale includes zip codes 85251 and 85257. It's a gorgeous area with a mix of single family homes and condos/townhomes. 85251 includes the Old Town Scottsdale area, also known as Downtown. 85251 also includes a small portion of Arcadia Proper. 85257 is just South of 85251 and does not exactly follow Thomas Rd, but much of the zip code change is on or near Thomas Rd. Just South of 85257 is where Tempe begins. Much of these two areas are very walkable to restaurants, live music venues and more.
