What is Done in Love, is Done Well.

One of my favorite quotes.  What is done in love, is done well.  It's so important to love what you're doing.  None of us go to work with the desire to be average or worse, less than average.  To really excel in your career, love what you do.  When you are passionate about what you do for a living, you will put so much more effort and thought into it and it will show in your performance.  

If you can't make yourself love your career, create a plan on how to change your career to something you do love.  Another favorite quote of mine is from Oprah and it's: "do what you have to do until you can do what you want to do."
